雙組份打膠機(jī)的操作過程十分的簡(jiǎn)單，小編大概總結(jié)下分為兩個(gè)部分一個(gè)是控制系統(tǒng)的操作，另一個(gè)就是膠桶的安裝/更換，具體點(diǎn)的方法如下。

①控制系統(tǒng)操作方法
① Operation method of control system
1.接通電源（380V 三相四線）和氣源（0.6-0.7MPa）。
1. Connect the power supply (380V three-phase four wire) and air source (0.6-0.7mpa).
2.打開A,B膠供膠閥門，關(guān)閉B膠回流閥門。
2. Open the glue supply valve of a and B glue and close the glue return valve of B glue.

3.在控制面板上選擇“開機(jī)”然后檢查一下A,B膠是否工作正常。此時(shí)供膠機(jī)混膠工作準(zhǔn)備就緒。

4、如果長時(shí)間不用（超過15分鐘）或者是下班時(shí)要在控制面板上選擇“沖槍”，然后打開B膠回流閥門，關(guān)閉B膠供膠閥門.此時(shí)供膠機(jī)沖槍準(zhǔn)備工作就緒。

5、每次操作前確保設(shè)備的水平度，調(diào)整機(jī)器的水平度，調(diào)節(jié)地腳的高度使機(jī)身水平。

6、接通電源后先檢查各電機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確，接通與CL—A—01打膠機(jī)的膠管、信號(hào)。（注意：A膠提膠齒輪泵電機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向必須符合齒輪泵旋轉(zhuǎn)方向）

②膠桶的安裝/更換
② Installation / replacement of rubber barrel
1、在控制面板上選擇“AB膠壓盤”。
1. Select "AB glue pressure plate" on the control panel.
2、再選擇“A膠升”此時(shí)A膠壓盤上升。
2. Then select "a glue up" and the a glue pressure plate will rise.
3、高度到位時(shí)在控制面板上選擇“A膠停”

4、將A膠桶放到壓盤下面，打開桶蓋將里面的膠袋固定好，將膠桶的上口與壓盤對(duì)齊（注意：新機(jī)器或是剛換上的密封圈是要先將密封圈外表涂上A膠，以便起到潤滑作用）。

5、打開A膠壓盤上的排氣閥，然后再選擇“A膠降”，此時(shí)A膠壓盤下降，等壓盤快要降到桶口時(shí)停止下降，檢查壓盤是否對(duì)齊桶口，調(diào)整膠桶的位置對(duì)齊為止。

6、讓壓盤斷續(xù)下降（即A膠降→A膠停→A膠降---），當(dāng)壓盤壓入桶內(nèi)時(shí)可使壓盤連續(xù)下降，此時(shí)排氣閥內(nèi)有空氣排出，當(dāng)排氣閥內(nèi)連續(xù)排出A膠而沒有空氣排出時(shí)，壓盤停止下降并關(guān)閉閥門。
6. Let the pressure plate drop intermittently (i.e. a glue drop → a glue stop → a glue drop -). When the pressure plate is pressed into the barrel, it can make the pressure plate drop continuously. At this time, air is discharged from the exhaust valve. When a glue is continuously discharged from the exhaust valve but no air is discharged, the pressure plate stops falling and the valve is closed.
7、此時(shí)A桶安裝完成，達(dá)到工作準(zhǔn)備狀態(tài)。B膠桶安裝方法同A膠安裝方法。
