調試方法

Debugging methods

1.1 將中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)輕置于安裝位,正確擺放生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)各段的位置次序.

1.1 Place the insulated glass production line gently in the installation position and correctly arrange the position order of each section of the production line

1.2 機身調平.調整機器底座上調平螺栓高度,使傳送輥、支撐尼龍輪支撐面等高,斜架上的背靠輪共面,各段相對平行,然后鎖緊螺母.

1.2 Machine body leveling. Adjust the height of the leveling bolts on the machine base to ensure that the support surface of the conveyor roller and supporting nylon wheel is at the same height. The back wheels on the inclined frame are coplanar, and each section is relatively parallel. Then tighten the nuts

1.3 將各段間需聯(lián)接的部位聯(lián)接緊固,聯(lián)接好由入料段到清洗干燥段的傳動(dòng)鏈條.正確擺放風(fēng)機及水箱,并按水路、風(fēng)路系統圖接好風(fēng)管、水管.
