操作注意事項
　　1. Precautions for operation
　　1、混膠或沖槍?zhuān)_洗混膠器、膠嘴）時(shí)，必須把機頭行走到軌道末端，用接膠板接住膠嘴內放出的膠，以免污染設備。

　　2、操作參數設置時(shí)，在控制箱pc顯示屏上進(jìn)行，根據須要而選擇設定值，不要隨意設定，以免控制器發(fā)出錯誤的信息，影響打膠質(zhì)量或損壞設備。

　　3、混膠或沖槍時(shí)，一定要先打開(kāi)膠嘴控制閥門(mén)，然后再打開(kāi)供膠機，以免壓力劇增損壞設備或者出現事故。

　　4、打膠時(shí)一定要扶好玻璃，避免玻璃脫離定位，影響打膠質(zhì)量。

　　5、沖槍時(shí)先關(guān)閉機頭上的B膠出膠閥門(mén)，關(guān)閉B膠泵，然后打開(kāi)B膠回流閥門(mén)，后沖槍?zhuān)瑳_洗出膠口不出黑膠，沖洗才能結束。

　　6.機頭電機下面不要有異物，遠離電機以免發(fā)生危險。

　　9.吸盤(pán)上不能放石灰粉，如有膠請清理，如果有的玻璃邊緣正好放到吸盤(pán)的中心時(shí)，可調節吸盤(pán)左右移動(dòng).

　　10.打三玻時(shí)要將鋁框檢測探針缷掉，雙玻時(shí)在安裝上。

　　1、新機器經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的運轉之后，應檢查各緊固件是否有松動(dòng)現象，并重新緊固。

　　2、每次使用完畢，要將機器上的殘膠及灰塵干凈，使機器保持清潔。
